How It Works:
When a new employee starts orientation, they have a natural conversation with an AI agent trained on your company docs, policies, and guides. No scripts, just real answers pulled from your actual knowledge.
As they chat, the agent introduces them to company values, walks them through policies, and answers questions in real time. Behind the scenes, Make catches every milestone—name, email, department, and which topics they’ve covered.
The system creates their record in a tracking sheet, but only if they’re not already registered. Then it posts a Slack alert to let your team know someone new just started.
Throughout the orientation, each time the employee completes a learning section, the agent confirms it and fires off a webhook to Make. Make finds their row in the spreadsheet and logs the progress—company intro, core values, policies, ethics—whatever they’ve finished.
When they complete the full orientation, your team gets a Slack notification that they’re done. No chasing. No manual checking. Just automated tracking with human oversight.
Your knowledge stays current through scheduled document syncs in Voiceflow, so the agent always has the latest information.
